Shipping policy

 

 

Our terms of shipping aims to deliver your product between 1 and 4 days from receipt of oder and payment.

 Your geographical location will determine this delivery lead time. 

All products are delivered directly to your chosen address by our supplier the manufacturer. Their logistics operate in specific areas on certain days of the week. As a result of this, depending on the day of the week that your oder is placed will result in the amount of time before delivery.

For Example - Should your location be in the area they are visiting the following week day and if the order is completed before 12 pm it is likely that you will receive your delivery the following day. 

Please allow the maximum amount of days from order before chasing. Unfortunately they do not provide us with any tracking information, however they will inform you directly via text message 24 hours before delivery with a 1 hour delivery slot.
